About 25 years ago, a visionary couple dreamed of building a Lord Venkateshwara temple in Texas — a tribute to the Lord of the Seven Hills. Having visited Tirumala many times for His divine blessings, they felt a deep calling to make the Lord's sacred presence available to the growing Hindu community of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
That seed of devotion grew quietly over the decades, gathering support from like-minded families who shared the same dream — a place where the Lord's divine grace would be accessible every single day, not just during special occasions.
Today, Sri Balaji Alayam is now open at RealOne Plaza, Frisco, TX — a living testament to faith, community, and collective effort.
Sri Balaji Alayam is not just a place of worship — it is a vibrant community centre that serves the spiritual, cultural, and social needs of the entire Hindu community in Frisco, Texas, and the wider DFW metroplex.
Our mission is to create a sacred, welcoming space where devotees can come for daily prayers, celebrate Hindu festivals, learn scriptures, and find community — all under the divine blessings of Lord Venkateshwara.
Our vision extends beyond a single building. We are working toward a comprehensive temple complex that will serve the community for generations to come.
A full Agamic temple with sanctuaries for Lord Venkateshwara, Goddess Lakshmi, Shiva, Hanuman, Ganapathi, and Navagrahas.
A multi-purpose hall for weddings, cultural events, and social gatherings to strengthen community bonds.
Sanskrit, Vedic chanting, Bhagavad Gita, music, dance, and cultural education for all age groups.
Regular prasadam distribution and annadanam (free meal service) for devotees and the community.
A dedicated space for meditation, yoga, spiritual counseling, and mental wellness programs.
Guest facilities for visiting priests, pilgrims, and out-of-town devotees attending special events.
Phase 1 — Current: Temple is now open at RealOne Plaza for daily prayers, special pujas, and community gatherings. Sponsorship drive is actively underway.
Phase 2 — Near Future: Grand Pratishtha Mahotsavam (Temple Inauguration) — a multi-day celebration to formally consecrate all deities and idols.
Phase 3 — Long-term: Expansion of the temple complex with dedicated halls, expanded dining facilities, children's programs, and a cultural learning centre.
Sri Balaji Alayam is built on the principle of seva — selfless service. We are committed to giving back to the community through:
Morning & evening prayers every day
Weekly spiritual gatherings & discourses
Devotional singing on all festival days
All major Hindu festivals celebrated
Your support — whether through sponsorship, volunteering, or simply spreading the word — helps make this divine dream a permanent reality for the Frisco community.
